Shipping Policy:
DalysPenShop.com will ship all in stock orders within 1-3 business days. If we are out of an item we will notify you via email and let you know the expected due date of the item you have ordered. We always try to have the merchandise we sell. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery to you. If you would like faster shipping Overnight (UPS RED) or 2 day (UPS BLUE) please call 1-866-574-9572.
Orders placed after business hours on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be packed and shipped on Monday and Tuesday.
International Shipping Information
International shipping via PayPal only.
Shipping is via USPS Global Express mail 3-6 days delivery from delivery date which may or may not be the day the items are ordered. Please allow at least 2 weeks for delivery.
Shipping charges include tracking number and insurance.
Customers are responsible for any customs, duties and brokerage fees that are required to pay on delivery of their items.
